System analysis and set up: Lexycom Technologies will conduct a radio system analysis for customers that are interested in purchasing Lexycom products.This analysis can be conducted with the actual customer equipment or at the Lexycom simulation test bench. Upon completion, specific radio settings will be recommended in order to obtain optimum system performance for the application. These settings can then be pre-programmed into the radios prior to shipment or sent as a configuration file to be downloaded at the customer site.This service is provided at no charge and there is no up-front obligation to purchase. This service can greatly simplify a new system installation, network configuration, system updates, and maintanance. Each radio can be shipped from the factory pre-programmed according to the user's requirements. Simply let us know the specifics of the application and we will create a configuration file for the radios. This service is provided at no charge.

The Lexycom wireless data transceiver is warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase. For more details about the warranty program and/or to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number contact our Sales Department.
